“Here is my servant, the one I support. He is the one I have chosen, and I am very pleased with him. I have filled him with my Spirit, and he will bring justice to the nations. He will not cry out or shout or try to make himself heard in the streets. He will not break even a crushed reed. He will not put out even the weakest flame. He will bring true justice. He will not grow weak or give up until he has brought justice to the world. And people in faraway places will hope to receive his teachings.”

The Lord, the true God, said these things. (He created the sky and spread it out over the earth. He formed the earth and everything it produced. He breathes life into all the people on earth. He gives a spirit to everyone who walks on the earth.)

“I, the Lord, was right to call you. I will hold your hand and protect you. You will be the sign of my agreement with the people. You will be a light for the other nations. You will make the blind able to see. You will free those who are held as captives. You will lead those who live in darkness out of their prison. (Isaiah 42:1-7, ERV)

»Aquí está mi siervo, el que cuenta con mi apoyo, mi elegido, con el que estoy muy contento. He puesto mi Espíritu en él. Traerá justicia a las naciones. No discutirá ni gritará, ni se hará oír en las calles. No romperá la caña que ya está quebrada, ni va a apagar la mecha que apenas está encendida.

Él sí hará justicia. No se agotará ni se cansará hasta que implante la justicia en la tierra. Gente de naciones lejanas estará esperando su enseñanza». Esto dice el SEÑOR Dios, quien creó y extendió los cielos. Él formó la tierra y lo que ella produce. Dio aliento a la gente que vive en ella y vida a los que por ella transitan.

«Yo, el SEÑOR, te he llamado a hacer lo que es justo. Te he llevado de la mano y te he protegido. Te he destinado a ser el mediador de un pacto con la humanidad, a ser luz de las naciones, a abrir los ojos a los ciegos, a sacar a los prisioneros de las cárceles, a liberar de la prisión a los que viven en oscuridad. (Isaías 42:1-7, PDT)

Y Dios me dijo: Profeta les suscitaré de en medio de sus hermanos, como tú [Moises]; y pondré mis palabras en su boca, y él les hablará todo lo que yo le mandare.

Por tanto el mismo Señor os dará señal: He aquí que la virgen concebirá, y parirá hijo, y llamará su nombre Emmanuel. (En hebreo, Emanuel significa Dios con nosotros.)

Pero tú, oh Belén Efrata, eres solo una pequeña aldea entre todo el pueblo de Judá. No obstante, en mi nombre, saldrá de ti un gobernante para Israel, cuyos orígenes vienen desde la eternidad. Y él se levantará para dirigir a su rebaño con la fuerza del Señor y con la majestad del nombre del Señor su Dios. Entonces su pueblo vivirá allí tranquilo, porque él es exaltado con honores en todas partes. Y él será la fuente de paz. (Deuteronomio 18:17-18, RVA; Isaías 7:14, RVA; Miqueas 5:2,4-5, NTV)

And the Lord said …I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto [Moses], and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. (Which means God with us)

But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, are only a small village among all the people of Judah. Yet a ruler of Israel, whose origins are in the distant past, will come from you on my behalf. And he will stand to lead his flock with the Lord’s strength, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God. Then his people will live there undisturbed, for he will be highly honored around the world. And he will be the source of peace. (Deuteronomy 18:17,18; Isaiah 7:14, Micah 5:2,4-5 [NLT])

Praise and thank the Lord before presenting requests to Him.

Psalm 95:2: Let’s come into his presence with thanksgiving; let’s make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise!

Psalm 100:4: Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him; bless His name.

Bring your every need to God in prayer.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need. (Philippians 4:6)

Pray in faith.

Matthew 21:22: And whatever things you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.

Mark 11:24: Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Pray in Jesus’ name.

John 14:14: If you ask me anything in My name, I will do it.

John 16:23: Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.

Pray according to His will.

1 John 5:14–15: And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.

Salmo 95:2. Acerquémonos ante su presencia con acción de gracias; aclamémosle con salmos.

Salmo 100:4 Entren por sus puertas con acción de gracias, por sus atrios con alabanza. Denle

gracias; bendigan su nombre.

Acude a Dios en oración por cada necesidad.

Oren por todo. Díganle a Dios lo que necesitan. (Filipenses 4:6)

Ora con fe.

Mateo 21:22. Todo lo que pidan en oración, creyendo, lo recibirán.

Marcos 11:24. Por eso les digo que todas las cosas por las que oren y pidan, crean que ya las han recibido, y les serán concedidas.

Reza en el nombre de Jesús.

Juan 14:14. Si me piden alguna cosa en mi nombre, yo la haré.

Juan 16:23. De cierto les digo que todo cuanto pidan al Padre en mi nombre, él se lo dará.

Procura que tu oración sea acorde con Su voluntad.

1 Juan 5:14-15. Y esta es la confianza que tenemos delante de él: que si pedimos algo conforme a su voluntad, él nos oye. Y si sabemos que él nos oye en cualquier cosa que pidamos, sabemos que tenemos las peticiones que le hayamos hecho.
